The 6th and final season of The CW’s “Gossip Girl” has been officially announced for DVD release on February 19, 2013. The DVD, consisting of 3 discs, is priced at $39.98. The bonus features include:

- “A Big Farewell and XOXO to the Upper East Siders” - Featurette
- Deleted Scenes
- Gag Reel

Also, on the same day (February 19, 2013), the complete series set of “Gossip Girl” will also hit stores. This set features all the 6 individual season DVDs stacked into one pack. Nothing new besides the packaging on this complete series set, though. Just the separate seasons lined up in a new case.

We do not yet have any pre-ordering links to Amazon.com, as they haven’t started any entries. We do not have the packaging for the 6th season nor the complete series set either, but we’ll get back to you with all of this as soon as possible!

Serena’s (Blake Lively) boss (guest star Michael Michele) is determined to acquire the film rights to Dan’s (Penn Badgley) book, so Serena must put her personal feelings about Dan and the book aside in order to close the deal. Ed Westwick and Matthew Settle also star. Andy Wolk directed the episode written by Jake Colburn (#506).
